*This is another poem/song for my Trilogy. It will probably be the last as the third book is finished except for edits. I feel the fire burn within me It purifies and makes me gold No more frustrations in me For purest love has taken hold No more will I go wandering In search of things I do not know Here, here at this place of sundering I surrender to love's flow I have journeyed through my choices I have wandered near and far I have listened to those voices That will help me find my star Now into your hands I offer All I am and even more I give my sword and ever proffer all, to this game to win this war. Though I've traveled on this journey Sometimes lost but more times found I will fight for right at tourney Till I'm lying on the ground Take this gift of all my sorrow For I offer it above Take whatever comes tomorrow I give it back into your love. There it has the safest keeping There it grows and is returned There the promise found in reaping Shows me all I've loved and learned Here in the midst of my lonely abyss, a single joy I find...your presence in my mind.
