Reflections on a Waking Earth

Cool is the morning
Though hot will be the day.
Soft is the night
That slowly slips away.
Lazy are the mists that lie upon the land;
Silver is the ocean
And golden is the sand.
Rolling are the waves
That break in green and blue
Blazing is the sky
That slowly changes hue.

Hi Rose,

Those are the mornings I like most.

Welcome to Passions,
hope you'll enjoy your stay
I'm sure when you meet us
you'll never go away

Welcome hugs from a far away country

Beautiful! I love this poem. This is seriously one of the best poems I have ever read at passions! I ask (or beg) you continue to write your poetry at passions!
