My eyes are glued to the tv
I can't believe it as the sky
clouds up with smoke and
I start thinking about all the things
I might need to suddenly take with me
and I mentally put them in my bag.
Pictures, memories, money...
my cell phone, anything I'll need...

I'll put the halters on the horses too
Just in case.

You know I'll be praying for your safety,
and that of all who are affected by this situation.

Take care of you...

In case anyone would like to read more about what
Rhonda is referring to, here is a link to a news article.

Prayers are needed, not only for the safety of those in
the path of the fires and those who are fighting them,
but for much needed rain, as well.

Skyfire - I'm not that far from where this is happening, perhaps four hours at the most. Be safe...
