Disease

Beat me,
force me
to do as you please;
I'm at your mercy
I fall to my knees.

Hate me,
slice me
corrupt memories;
crucify with tongue
in cruelest degrees.

Rape me,
taint me,
strip a heart to freeze;
warp good intentions
I share your disease.

Wow...I am reading lots of poems showing so much similarity in a situation I went through. It makes me sad that other people have had to feel that, too. Hurts when people do these things. Lump in my throat thinking about it. :'(

Oh wow, this takes me back to a not so good time, but I can so relate.Wish I could've showed this emotion at the time.
