irregular sublimity applauds your steps,
as do wounded whippoorwills bent on revenge,
if you encounter disservice
and draw a curtain round the bluebirds
in your heart

equivocally alone,
you may deem yourself worthy
of some laxity of reverence
trees raise their arms to send away birds
each time you entertain such avarice
only a grateful gaze turn calm
will fully awaken the Eden in your heart
