+*+*+ My flapping arms are jiggling, As I'm running here in place; Both 'chests' are bobbing up and down, Slapping me in face! I'm reaching way up high, I'm bending way down low; I bump and grind, my big behind, Fat shaking as I go! I'm stretching to the left, I'm stretching to the right; I'm dyin', as I'm suckin' in, My tummy nice 'n tight! Smiles hide the grimaces; I show not clench of teeth. I feel as though I'm dyin' As make list of bequeath. Sweat is dripping from my brow, My clothes are soaking wet, But I keep on smiling ~ Won't let them see me fret! +*+*+  Note: Just poetry folks! just sing along with suthern *G* smile though your arms are achin' smile though muscles are quakin' when there are pounds to be shed wish you're dead but smile through agonizing pain smile as if you're insane life may not be so worthwhile but you SMILE!! Sorry, lady... I couldn't help but think that a smile wouldn't be on my face under such circumstances... I'd be gritting my teeth... and screaming if I found a breath! LOL Enjoyed much! *S* |
