Near Laughter

laughter is
in the sound
of chimes
a breeze
that sings
into the night
completely covering
in velvet
starry sky
for when
the candle
is out
it is
what holds
you near

"I am living a life, i have no wish to live. How did this happen?" Unknown

Helen:

this is wonderful!
*standing ovation*
(near laughter *smiling*)

Yes, indeed the challenge well met
and you can smack me later for this word

In the breeze . . .
beautiful imagery and

for when
the candle
is out
it is
what holds
you near

you speak the truth once again
Bravo!
Thank you
xxoo

I like the rondo
approach
you gave the title
to the beginning
and end....

Well done, Helen...
