this one brewed within my heart for 7 days and on the 8th day, this:

The Healing of the Cross

splintered
its crevices filled with blood

but it was His blood

it penetrated deep within
the marrow of the wood

it soothed
it worked miracles
slowly
in three-days’ time
the splintered wood was fused
healed
with the blood
of the new covenant
made new
beautiful, clean

it had been a rugged cross
yet in its healing

now
a symbol of

Divinity
promise
hope

as if twas but a simple healing
of the cross

Isn't it beatiful that He did this for *ALL* people!!!! No one is pushed aside. HE doesn't judge us, He accepts us if we just ask. God is a wonderful God!!!!!

I believe I received a healing merely by reading your inspirational words. Makes me want to cry, but I know they would be cleansing tears.
