Step lightly here
Among the wandering beast of logic
That graze in intent concentration
On the blades of knowledge
Required
Desired
To sate the hunger
Burning deep in the edges
Of understand.

They do spook easily
In a threat of sound from beating heart
That poet might allow
Too loud a resonance

Or the sound of breath
Sighed to a thought of holding
Something softer than
Euclidian precepts

Footfall
   Waterfalled on plains of arid
Contrition mimic fluid thought
As poet in me attempts
Evading trample of deconstruction

E
A
C
H

Vowel

And Every
Assonance

Subject to the beasts red eye
Torn asunder in the sweet
By
And
Bye

Step softly
I’d  not have you
Trampled too

and here I am armed only with binoculars and a camera...

You brought me on a safari, cap.

This was a hushed read for me...I think I read it on it tiptoe.

bout time ya got yer poetic butt in here..the moth was getting the shakes

They do spook easily
In a threat of sound from beating heart

So you've met me muse then.

step lightly?  .... not a problem...
the moth will flit right over them as she inhales every divine word

DEEEEEEEVINE indeed. *sigh*

Logic be damned [at times]
for I would read the lighter step
you leave on the trail
toward the lake, and watch the
placid water in your eyes.

Welcome back.

My friend, I immerse myself in your logic.  You have to know how wonderfully your words impact me.  Ron, you make me think on another level, and you have no idea what that means to me. Please continue to bring your insights to my open mind.

If you have no objections, I would like to read this for another who has in the past months forced me to think on another level as you do.

Wonderful write Captain..
Since I am not quite awake..
may I, tuck this away
for another read later?
In the meantime...I shall tip toe very softly
over your words...

And allows us to just watch the show. *S* This is excellent, Cap'n... I'd applaud except my hands are stilled in awe. *G*
