Fantastic Journey

Come here my children I have a tale to tell.
We will take a fantastic journey to the land of eternal sleep.
Do not fear, please take my hand,
and
we will explore a child’s philosophy.
Mary age six-
She has great big brown eyes
and
pretty little dimples when she smiles.
Her puppy has died
and
this is her comment.
Mommy said Cuddles went to puppy heaven.
Does that mean he has wings?
Cause I looked up in the sky
and
I don’t see Cuddles flying.
I looked real hard
he’s not even sitting on a cloud.
Jason age five-
This little boy has blue eyes
that twinkle with mischief
and
a smile that would melt your heart.
His aunt has died and this is his comment.
I heard daddy say she was a busy body
and
she won’t be goin’ to heaven
to live with Jesus cause
she would
gossip and aggravate the Saint’s
and
the devil won’t have her cause
she would be a pain in the
A*s.
Matthew age five-
He is a little blond haired boy,
deep blue eyes,
and
very serious for his young years.
His mother has died and this is his comment.
Daddy cries when he talks about mommy.
He said mommy is asleep in the ground
and
will awake when
our Lord calls.
I asked daddy if she was cold?
Cause I have an extra blanket
to keep her warm,
while she waits for
His
long distance telephone call.
