where the wild flowers grow

I'm afraid to
write now,
that I'm different in
mind.

I dont
want this
medication.
My heart's
beating out
of my chest and
it
makes me contemplate,
would I have
felt this way
if things hadn't
been the same?

Diabetic love,
remove the
sugar
from my lungs.

Should it
drop,
should I
feel dizzy,
I don't want
this medication..
My heart's come
to a
complete stop.

Wow, Kaoru, this is a really good, honest, emotional write.  It reminds me of my friend, also a poet.  I really enjoyed this, and I say keep writing!!!

Go beneath the medication;  find that which never sleeps and you will begin a new line of communication with self which the medication will not corrupt.

A good poem; take heart, the future waits for you.

Although one of my favourite writes was written in the grip of a serious painkiller spree(prescription relax children!)

Firstly, I must say, You're beautiful.
No flattery intended.
I'd also like to say...
your poetry moves me gently.
Thanks!

Susan blame it on the drugs lol What I meant in my muddled way is that while i'm not promoting drug use for the writing purposes it helped me write some great things
