Surely I can't
but surely am
living this rewind like fool
finding the anger
strapped up by mouth
I shall release
and let scream hostage rage

You did THIS to me?
still it is I who lets this linger

I haven't been too tightly wrapped
lately
furnished house
of love song memory reigned
the complete set
in perfect condition
with no sentiment to you

So whats the point?
there's no room anymore

Solo voice fragments
you never let me say it all
in cold stone echoing cave
left me with yours
silenced my angers desire
hostage rage
smothered by pathetic belief that I miss us

Released from gunpoint
because it keeps me alive

I'm ok.

I wish I could paint this on a sign and hammer it on my front lawn.

But yanno? He still wouldn't get it.

Maybe I should try hammering it into his skull?

grin..

How's that for rage?

chuckle.

Damn I wish I'd written this.

You are ok...more so...you're beautiful.
And your words reflect so.

Dear Lady...you just described the final years of my marriage.  Every word fits.  This has touched me so.  And thus, your words are now in my library.

Gem, this is absolutely amazing. Your words hit home, and the
'I'm ok'
at the end, well..
it's something that echos in the mind, isn't it?

Gemma, sweet girl, I don't know what to say,
except that I'm here if you need me.

"So what's the point,

         Sounds a bit "flat"
           barely room for one
         a home like that
           unsweetened, undone

         Time for a move
           somewhere, on your way
         for you to prove
           another can stay

         No doubt in mind
           your heart, love will find

Life is about changes, good or bad
there is plenty of sky left!!

Gemma...I could hear and feel the rage and the hurt
in this piece.  You've expressed it well.

Isn't that always the way in the end. No matter what a person does in the end it's how we let it affect us. It's like recently, i kwpt telling this annoying british friend of mine to listen to a certain song but she wouldn't listen...ah nevermind..friggin brits griiiiin
