Our ghosts follow us like shadows and sometimes even trip us up.
And I know of only two ways to avoid them . . .

Everytime i am surprised...when i think someone has put my feelings to words perfectly ... some one else seems to touch them in a more profound way...i emphathize with you pain, whether it has left you or it still continues to sting
