Do I Have Enough?

would I be
so foolish
to again let
my heart breathe
to encase it
from the wall
to place it again
on my sleeve
to have my skin
on the outside
instead of bone
unshielded
unprotected
left to
the unknown
should I use
my words
that comes with ease
saving myself
with no, no
no thank you
please
then I go back
to just existing
not the way
a life should live
or can I risk
all I am
to love
and do I
have enough
to give
