Florida, Florida, time passes slow.
Florida, Florida, the place to go.
Florida, Florida, I’m having much fun,
In Florida, Florida, Florida sun.

Palm trees and fire ants. Red tiled roofs.
Haphazard drivers that wont stop for you.

Crocodiles and ducks. Man-made canals.
Seawater potluck. A pool for each house.

Mangoes and sunburn. Beer and cigars.
Panhandlers sleeping. Fort Lauderdale bars.

Airboats and swamps. Thick spongy grass.
In tropical climate, I lay on my ass.

Florida, Florida, time passes slow.
Florida, Florida, the place to go.
Florida, Florida, I’m having much fun,
In Florida, Florida, Florida sun.

Too many Cubans and old folks down here.
If you’re driving your car, the risk is so dear.

Be careful down here in this swamp of a state.
Heed my advice now, man, before it’s too late.

Don’t feed the alligators, use your A/C,
and If you’re wearing pants then you must be crazy!

The beaches are fine, as are the girls in it,
The water is perfect, and this poems finished.

Never been there. My sister lived there a few years and would tell me about frogs or lizards sunning on the beach and this BIGSee Ya Bon-Bon

Yep, I love the Florida sun, and everything
else about Florida, too!! Isn't it a great
state to live in? Hey do you like the Seminoles
or the Gators...or neither of them?
I love the Seminoles....
