Opening hatch
heat has risen
stifling stuffy air
I breathe in
and decide
my pain would
mingle well
amongst this stale

Searching
between the forgotten
I have found
the perfect home
for you to stay
until
I can stumble upon you
and smile in memory
without stab of sorrow

I shall leave you here
before i descend
to clean air
closed door
loved
half forgotten
for me
to survive.

you speak the words which I have felt, but not yet written,it's taken me years to get to this point...and now ready...to move on...with "his" help...his admition, that it was not I he was in love with...now, closure..pain, emptiness, but closure, thank God!  I finally needed to know one way or the other, and did not fear the consequences of my last meeting with him.  Thank you dear lady for many words of encouragement.

Lee, wow, i'm proud of you lady. So glad to hear your pain is nearing an end. May it be merely a dull ache in the attic of your mind as soon as possible. I hope you do find closure, it sounds like you deserve some peace and happiness. much love, and thanks again. xx
