As a firestorm raging
over the thirsty hills...

consuming all that had
been in drought, lacked, even,
the slight scent of rain.
Her passions raged within
erupting at the sound
of his voice, at the touch
of his hand. Her passion flames
of red...spilling over, spreading
quickly, consuming all the love
that he had held within
after the years of his drought.
Years of yearning for the touch
of love upon his heart.

The smoldering flames
igniting at the union
of two thirsty spirits,
two accelerating forces...
now, unconstrained. She
felt the winds of time
gusting over the embers
of what was...to ignite
the coals of what should be.
She was caught in
the maelstrom as two hearts
burned in the white heat
of a fast and furious firestorm.
