In Blue Of Now

It's there inside my waiting heart
the moment's wish, the dream to live,
the overtones that understate
rebelling 'gainst the want to give.

And yet it's there inside my mind
the planned unplanned, the waiting love.
The day that ends that wall of time
collapsed in right, the capture of.

Winding words to will the want,
to canvas calm creating care.
The less of time to carry on
inviting stolen thoughts to share.

It's there, right here, these words do vow,
If only read in blue of now.

Maureen...this is a great write.  Keep writing the pain, my friend.  You will work it out through your pen.

Thank you Patricia, I am well over the pain of losing. Now it's survival time. Sometimes people see us together and don't even think we are divorcing.

But this poem had nothing to do with him And I wish I had someone still calling.
