I still look back
And everything that can't be
And still inside the last remains
Of a fading memory
I still recall the same night
When we appeared so close
And now its all locked away
Behind this door of guilt
And I can't find my way in

And this is where it all begins
The same familiar sting
That rattles my insides
And makes me fall away
If I could breathe
For just one time
To feel almost alive
Could I climb away from this
And show you I forgive

The everlasting silence
The crimson shadows in my eyes
When can I replace the stains
That fall along my heart
And as they beat in unison
And show you that I can care
When can i show you now?
That it can rip apart

And as this final time
Approaches it last wimbs
Can I shine the reflection
Of where time now begins?
Or does it all just disappear
And vanquish to be nothing
As in the last despairs
My prayers fall to nothing
