Where I belong (7/9/03ADV)

I am not sure where I belong
As the clocks revolutions
Are not complete

But I do know
That meeting you
Has made those revolutions
Less important

I learned before I met you
That pain isn’t always a bad thing
And that my time means something
More than being angry at everything

I have learned since meeting you
That with the right person
Things are so different
And that I am better

I still need to learn
How to accept without fear
And how to give without holding back
But I know you will teach me

I am not sure where I belong
But I like the way it feels
With you beside me

"I still need to learn
How to accept without fear
And how to give without holding back"

Hard lessons to learn, easy to do once the skill is mastered.

Good luck.

Good write!

You nailed it on this one Susan.  Took me forever to figure this out.  Once I did, life is so, so sweet!

Enjoyed the write!

I can relate to that person that makes you better. In spite of yourself you live for that person...so everything around you must be better for them and likewise if they feel the same. It's a beautiful thing really. Lift eachother up....thanks for the read!

This is very well expressed. And I can really relate to it.
