Would I Suffer Regrets

Of his circumstances
He wrote occasionally
I notice the difference
Of what he used to be

I had noticed changes
Nothing ever precise
In writing occasionally
Just enough to suffice

This heart relied upon
His perhaps or maybe
Occasions I can recall
He added an apology

I remember longingly
It is then I begin to cry
Would I suffer regrets
If I ever said goodbye

Hope, sometimes we have to decided if the waiting
is worth it or not.

And, also, I think it's better not to say "goodbye',
if we think we may regret doing so.

I really hope that you make the right desicion for you, my friend.

this touched me...the pain can be more painful before the goodbyes can't it? the ache of knowing it looms. so dust it under the carpet, its never goodbye anyway is it, just, til next time, someones impression on our lives never leaves us. But i'm sure you know that.

Oh Hope...I know this...but I feel like I am going to regret saying hello or goodbye to him. I usually have no problems with goodbye under these circumstances. Unfortunately, I found a man in which I am afraid to say either one.

You know Hope you write this pain so well, and if it is bringing you good luck in a connection with him, who cares? Write on girl, as only you can do. Miss all your cute emails, I am in Cape Cod, but use the email shown here I can get them
