Well here it is Sunday and I hope you all are being slugs today and enjoying doing absolutely nothing.  I love how slugs take forever they are my "kind of people."

My friend, in this heat, we're all going at a snails pace. Gosh, I haven't been out of the house in 3 days. This heat is so intense and makes breathing so difficult.

You stay near that ocean and enjoy the pace and the ocean breeze.

Oh brother, this heat is really getting to me, but I am a tropper and try every day to make it to an air-conditioned mall     Thanks so much and Kit, you couldn't be a slug if I went "poof you're a slug", you don't have it in you LOL.
