Metamorphoses

Like a caterpillar changing into a butterfly
Like the ugly duckling turning into a swam
A few years ago I went through a metamorphoses of my own
And changed into who I am today
I have no more skins to shed
The ghosts in my closet are gone
The demons under my bed have been exorcized
And who remains is me
Granted I didn't change into perfection
And there is room for refinement
But who I am inside
Cannot be undone

"Who am I? Why am i here?" Admiral James Stockdale

Yep, who we was yesterday is not who we will be tomorrow, change is a part of it all.
