Were we always for the world
Not to see?
Like intuition-
Are we meant only to be felt,
But never touched;
Only to be heard,
But never acknowledged?
Of course,
Being invisible has it’s benefits
But what good is beauty
In a world of truth?
What good is honesty
In the oasis of comfort?
I hate the way our words
Evaporate
In this downpour.
It seems impossible
To have so many words
And so little resources
To convey their meaning.
And tell me,
What good is our existence
If we
Are the only ones
Even here?
How do you explain color to
Those who have never experienced sight?

How can we ever explain dreams
To corpses
That merely breathe?

But if you're existence is one in the same place,  why would you care or want to share the space meant for you two?

Just my take, so please don't get me wrong.
Your poem is very beautiful, and I enjoyed.
