It Must Be Love

So many write of love.
Lost love,
longing for love,
dead love,
new love.
So what is love?
Adoration that melts your heart,
yearning that seers your're being,
a gentle touch that destroys anger.
Then again, sometimes it’s
misery when you lose,
crushed ego when rejected,
a wounded heart that never heals,
anger that boils your blood.
So what is so good about all this?
It must be love

Yes, to love someone also guarantees we will feel pain if we lose them through a broken relationship or death...but this is life...living, loving and dying...james
