Accord

I think we seek a links accord
A place for our human reward
A feel of touch our skin within
To know we’re not alone in sin

I do not mean that you do wrong
Perhaps you sing another song
But rhythm is the dance we stay
Your record has so long to play.

It will not solve your every fear
But might prevent a wasted tear
To know that you have reached a goal
The shelter of a heart and soul

It is a place we seek the most
It is the spirit of our ghost
It is the content of the cup
The Holy Grail we seek to sup.

And though I bought into this cell
I offer you this thought as well.

"But rhythm is the dance we stay"

The truth from your pen sounds even truer...

Thanks Seymour...

How beautiful! To prevent a wasted tear is a sensitive loving deed.
I hear the accord play. Wise man.
Love, Margherita
