we killed god
with radio waves
we killed god

with radio waves
we killed god
with radio waves
radio

raid-ee--oh

wave goodbye
to the giants
wave good-bye
to the giants
the giants
we killed them with
television sets

we killed the giants with
television sets

television
tell-a-vizh-un

tell
visions of sugarplums

visions of sugarplums
danced in our heads
visions of dancing
sugarplums
in our
heads

sugarplums danced
like robin hood
and merry men
on screens of silver
sugarplums danced like
little john and friar tuck

maid Marian danced
like the village idiot
tinkerbell and peter pan
flying to never land
and they
never land

peter pan
peanut butter
and the lost boys
killed god

we killed god with
FM stereo
we killed god
with CD players
in two thousand pound
mobile listening rooms

we climbed all
the sacred mountains
we climbed all
the sacred mountains

we solved the koans
of the universe
we solved the koans
of the universe

we killed god
with radio

radio

active

waves

of amber grainy
holograms
and three dee spectacles

we killed mythology
with history
we killed love with
psychology
we killed magic with
medical science

there is no more
mystery to love
there is no more
mystery
to love

love is a many splendored thing
love is a cocktail
love is a cocktail of
adrenaline and
phenolehtylalamine
love is a dopamine
high

love is addiction
to your own brain
chemistry

love is never having to say
destiny

there is no more
mystery

there is no more
love

love is a pornographic
video on
e-street

love is a blue
flicker

love is
you've got mail
you've Got
male

we killed god
with
radio waves
and telephone lines

lines of poetry
words

he who lives
by the words
dies

where is the maiden
the maiden of Orleans
where is the maiden
of Orleans?
why did we kill you Joan
did we kill you Joan
did we kill you?
Kill you?

why did you have to confess?

Dang Reb...you're hanging me out to dry.
That, or I'm in a perpetual freefall.

Like the new photo...

but like the outpouring even more.

Wow!!! I really like this tumbling down of your words as I was reading. It seemed as though I was reading faster and faster as I was going down the page...while I was holding my breath!!
VERY  Good writing, Sir.

I hope you don't mind, but I'm going to keep this to study this form of writing...

Ozzy is a shaman now and martyrdom is highly over-rated...

And even dogs will not *relieve themselves* where they eat.

We continue to profane the sacred and weep that all is lost.

Guess ya KNOW I love this one.

(heh...I'll just exit quietly now.)

enjoyed this
in quiet understanding
that
much good food for thought
has hit the disposals
and
disappeared
along with
the
garbage

A very good read.

And if not a stream of consciousness, a stream nonetheless.

Rebel....The thoughts, play on words, like being bombarded in a good way with words and meaning, and you want to stop long enough to understand but need to keep on going.  Enjoyed!
