Be it this way forever,
As I sit in this wheelchair,
I think of heaven,
Knowing I was made this way is hard to grasp,
Someday heaven will open its doors for me,
While no wheelchair is waiting at the gates for me at last.

Just like everyone else,
I am a real person,
I have feelings too,
But sometimes that’s not how I’ve felt,
People judge you if through their eyes you’re different,
So quick to judge, to hurt, and not at all curious,
But there is a good explanation,
If they would just take the time to listen.

If you ask I won’t bite or yell,
Take your time think of questions,
I’ve got all the answers to tell,
And then you’ll see that I am me,
Just like you are you.

Wonderful!

We should always remember that a person is what is on the inside...not on the out!

I really liked this one!
