head hangs eyes misted in disillusionment you think you can read my mind i must disagree if only you knew that i'm haunted by naive emotions if only you knew my dreams went too far i'm ten paces behind trying to catch up with my tears my body aches in disappointment i came close to being caught up again i know better it's time for me to bid my fantasies farewell it's time for me to say goodbye... ps for those who came in and out of my life... Heh I'm really impressed with this. I like it very very much, and I'm going to put it in my library. I'm sorry that situations occured that prompted you to write this, but at the same time, this is so... I dont know, it's really good. sad when these things in our lives happen, but perhaps if we can learn to believe that it was time for them to go and grow, that we own no one...and their purpose must be fulfilled....then maybe we can be happy for them...instead of sad for ourselves...which in the long run...makes our hearts happy as well...good write. Thank you |

sometimes the goodbyes are hard... in and out of our lives people come and go..some touching us..some we would like to be more and not.. nicely done... you capture well the place and the feeling of saying goodbye to something we know or don't know...could have been more. |
