The Wind

The wind that kissed your cheeks today
The same that touched my lips in play
Embraced me like a velvet glove
Kissed your cheek with all my love

And I sent you a sky bouquet
That fills your eyes this very day
It’s filled with every precious hew
That is a part of loving you.

I also sent the mist of dawn
That kissed you in the early morn
The transfer was an easy one
And on each eyelid it was done.

Good morning sweet we are at home
This loving earth where ere we roam
I hear you talking feel the Braille
And see your wind that fills my sail.

It wends on me a snow white dove
It sends each day your flight of love

Good morning, you old softie!

This was an especially gentle and loving write. God is smiling--He loves the purity of your love and the generosity of your heart--and He's proud of the talent He created!!!...

Blessed be your union forevermore.

Love & Eternal Light,

Sy, I have read you each and every day,
whether or not I could get a response noted...

and you have always lifted me,
or made me think and wonder,
or give me reasons to giggle...
or just left me with a smile.

Thank you, Sy!

OH GOOD GRIEF!!!!!!!!!!!!
OHHOWILOVEWHENYOUWRITELIKETHIS!!!!
have mercy on the moth Sybabes...
this is a sigh across the sky...
a swoon into the moon.
I am giddy from this romantic tender write of rhymes.
And your timing is uncanny as I just returned from a morning walk around a nearby lake and while sitting on the bank by the waves...there was a warm summer breeze making the water ripple and blowing my hair...
I should have known it was you there
this ones getting printed out and framed.
Its divine.

All I can feel is this distance between you and me.
I can say I love you but I can't make you believe me
because touching is believing.

JM,
Your answers are prettier than my poems.

I whispered on the wind to you ... asking that your skies stay blue,
wishing that your stars burn bright ... that you dance with moon's midnight.
I prayed upon a summer's breeze ... to brush your cheek in loving tease,
I asked the sun to shine upon your day ... and the stars to always light your way.

I called on the clouds to share the sky ... so that you may fly on high,
I requested the rain to softly fall ... and for a rainbow to give you a call.
I told the flowers to bloom just for you ... to fill your world with pallet's hue.
I wrote your name in silvered sand ... and walked your beaches of understand.

All this I wished the wind to send ... so that your sweet dreams never end,
upon these breezes of fancy free  ... comes this poetic kiss to you from me.

Well now, if that wasn't just about the prettiest thing I have read in a long time.  I am glad a breeze was your inspiration for this one, and you sent it on wings of a dove
