Friend Oh precious friend Bitter desire I want to live inside your body But poison runs your veins Just for me I love you How ironic that you who taught me of the life Now shows me the death Of friendship But hell I’m not a good student And nobody came to the funeral Not even you I miss you You’re a blind fool Oblivious to my pain I take that back Trying to find the courage To consider your heartlessness Maybe you don’t care I still love you Romeo and Juliet know only foolish love lasts forever I’m not a fool You make me wish I were I still miss you You fed me your spirit And I conformed Wax melted poured to mold Like a candle So then you burnt me I’ll always love you My soul is wax drippings You my maker scraped me away I am abandoned I wish you had forgotten me instead That would have been a calm quiet dead I wish I were calm I wish I were quiet That my emptiness would not shriek at night I wish I were But no I’ll always miss you Yet you’ll neglect me And pierce me with your spines Until I cry heart tears Because my eyes are too proud For now I want you Oh my exquisite pain |
