where the wild flowers grow

There was a scar
on the nape
of your neck
just below the
peach fuzz hair that would
stand on end as I
let my graceful lips slip
across it.
The flesh was
uneven, almost
like a deformity, but
it had a story, there was a reason,
you weren't born with it
yet..
it craves me, my touch,
it serves me,
this scar..

I love this! I enjoyed one of your earlier poems, too, i believe it was called "hands". I have so many scars, inner and outer. Keep writing, I love your style!

ps. please check out my work sometime!
