One day I will scream
from the depths of this
emptying lungs in
bittersweet release

Reality will shatter
tiny shards of glass
suspended in the black
of a universe unravelled

The question hangs
Will I look upon
this newborn sky free
or from a white room?

sometimes a good scream is very therapeutic, lovie.

And other times? It just makes the neighbors look at ya funny. (You'd think I'd be used to that by now...)

I've always pictured screams as being red, and more vivid in your context of black and white.

yes, raffi, i ask myself the same question many days, and ponder about bouncing off
a rubber room some days, thinking it might be a nice change frm the insanity i sometimes live

very cool .........

Helen thanks for the laugh and at least you got the corner of the class. I had to take the long lonely walk to the office so often that went back years later to visit a teacher not only did the secretary remember me but she asked if wanted to wait in my usual spot with a grin

I like the high desert for screaming.  The thin air, I think, is easier on the throat.  *smile*

Great writing, Sir.

thank YOU for making me smile tonight...my love runs deep and pure and given without reservation...and it is nice to feel it back unconditionally...for even when a heart is breaking...others hold it together unafraid of the bleeding...such a great feeling...(even if we are a little on the far side of sane)...h

I needed this this morning . . .

Helen - gee thanks for blowing me in
to the Feds up there . . . lmao
and yes Karen would be in lockup
ahahahahah

I think Raph would make pretty baskets
lmfao

Raph - tell me about it
when I was getting married
you know how the RC church
makes ya give your soul and all
(lol) beforehand
I went to the church after maybe
twenty years of not being there
for grammar school and was actually
shaking in the truck . . .
Bill was laughing
(non-traditional Catholic school he
went to mind you) and as I knocked on
the door Fr. said, "Oh hello Susan . . .
how is your mother and uncle doing?

Do do do do do do do do . . .

Do I hear the Twilight Zone . . .
lmao - thank you
xxoo
