Come poppa…
A tiny hand in grasp I go
Sit poppa…
A not so tiny tug I follow
What’s this poppa…
A lively mind engages her life
Wander we around the stead
Touching and pondering abound
Poppa!
The summons rings my hearts bell
Help demanded and a “no”
Resounds
My heart and soul
Have fallen in love
With this 2 year old
Come poppa – I run with glee
Sit poppa…
Ringing in my heart’s bell

They truly are a priceless treasure,
aren't they....  And someone said something
about "terrible twos"???  NOT!

Hello Paul

The joy and love for your granddaughter was overflowing from your words.  You must be so very proud of your little cherub.

comes and touches you with

beautiful, unanswerable questions"
