A MOMENT PASSED… I was attracted to you the first time we met You were tall, rugged looking, handsome and a little foreboding You had piercing eyes that wouldn’t let anyone see your soul Why is that? Have you been hurt before Have you been abandoned by love Has your heart been broken I think I caught a glimpse of your soul one night when we had a moment together A moment filled with fun and laughter and hidden agendas A moment that was taken over by guilt and hesitation for the day after A moment that had it continued would have brought its own complications between us Did we do the right thing? Should we have let it pass us by If you ever want another moment with me please ask I’ll gladly say yes Roniece Dawson-Bruce |

Ahh, what a simple moment can do. Sometimes moments are the things to treasure most. Great pen. Psalms 20:7 "Some trust in chariots and some in horses, but we trust in the name of the Lord our God." |
