My eyes cast upon the ball,
Seeing the web of time beyond,
Seeing the words of destinys call,
To those born to another time bond

I watch the rise of kings,
And the fall of empires,
The coming disaster to all things,
The globe sinking into mires

A devouring essence swallows this place,
The scream of pain from those left behind,
The light and darkness scars my face,
And my eyes singe, wishing I was blind

This is my blessed curse,
The glorious burden upon me,
I scribe the visions in poetic verse,
To display my beloved insanity

I am all powerful, a human god,
The greedy people demand the words
Of time that they do not trod,
To the answers they sing like grateful birds

How can they know of the disaster they made,
Asking me to tamper with the stone fate,
Crushing the path of time, making it fade,
Like wet chalk on shattered slate

I watch the mighty earth crumble to dust,
The decaying fills my shining globe,
The peaceful world tainted by man's lust,
My gift burns me yet I continue to probe

The paths of time that have yet to be,
Watching in hope of a change in the tide,
A creature that can fulfill my prophecy,
Of restoring the powers of nature's pride

The starved land groans from the forced thirst,
The souless machines screech like banshees,
All the while I prophesise a coming curse,
Words crafted, from their future pleas

"Save us mighty lord, forgive us all!"
The futility of the sound graces the sky,
If I were god I'd ignore this cry,
Instead free their souls and let them fly

I watch the final day of life,
Before the world cries and fades to black,
Burdened by the growing strife,
Day by day the man relentlessly attack

So my word to you are these,
Wake up and see the truth,
Avoid resorting to false pleas,
Waste no time waiting for proof

The time to act is now, lest you all fall
Unto the darkness beyond these times,
Even the smallest man can change the fate of all,
Act now or be punished for their crimes

These are the words of the wise,
Of the man who sees what will be,
This situation may cease to arise,
If only you humans will decide to see

Beyond the ends of the noses,
And look to the ways of mother nature,
Life will be no bed of roses,
If you fail to act now and save the future...
