Cacaphony screams stream's riff
as it free falls over cliff
quashing nature's quiet
in a kind of liquid riot
incessant in its pour
how it drops in pounding roar
from the heights of flat plateau
to the canyon far below
from a gentle flowing river
to the crush of cliff's deliver
down into the chasm
in a kind of liquid spasm
quashing nature's quiet
in a kind of liquid riot
in a crushing, rushing roar
to the pound of river's pour
to the sound of river's war
to a canyon time has wore
to worn rocks far down below
from free fall from flat plateau
from the river's waterfall
from free fall of water's fall.

Hey, Tim - Not bad at all.  Very consistent and visual.  I like it.  Have you thought about writing a kitty kicker poem?

Tim...wow..I love the rhythm of this one...it's like a chant.
Very cool write, my friend.
