i wrote this for littlewing because shes helped me understand my poetry more and shes been nice to me so she said she likes angels and i thought shed like me to write her an angel poem well hope she likes it.

Walking along the cold night air
An angel sings her sweet lullaby
Sending me to a place deep inside
Opening the world that I long to stay

As I float through the forest within
An angel followed by me along
Protecting me from my nightmares

I watched the angel spread his wings
Wishing and longing to be like him
Suddenly out from my back came my wish
Spreading my wings smiling deeply within

Floating to the heavens above
Touching clouds that angels could
There in the distance I saw her shine bright
Littlewing the cutest angel tonight

She moved her eyes towards mine
As she smiled and flew to my side
Filling me with happiness
I longed I could find inside

She whispered so gently into my mind
“Sweetest lee write this dream tonight”
Slowly she faded into the light
As morning awoke me from my dream
