I walked thought that darkness
Searching for myself
The memories I hold
And dreams to be told

My fears grew strong
As nightmares rode forth
Coming to take me back
To the doomed life I walked

I took out my sword of strength
And killed the enemies within
The nightmares faded to dust
As I stepped into my happiness

To recognize the enemies for what they are and have the strength to extinguish them so that you may enjoy happiness. How wonderful. Liked this piece very much.

gemjop - lol to make your dreams go away face then and they will hide from you instand of you hiding from them its that simple glad you enjoyed the poem
