The Spa of Love
By Larry Chadwick

You have cleansed me with the bar of your love,
I am completely drenched in your affection.
My life scented by the aroma of your beauty,
I feel like I have soaked forever in your adoration.

The oil of your caring has soothed my every ache,
And the soft glow of your content eases my mind.
The spa of your emotions fulfills my every need,
In you I have discovered what I thought I’d never find.

June 11, 2003

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

'scuse me a moment... suthern's gotta sigh at this. *S*

In you I have discovered what I thought I’d never find.

This is just beautiful, Larry... the type of pampering that refreshes and renews cell deep... and only costs a heart. *S*

Lovely, Larry. My mom is a blessing, too, but sometimes it is hard to always remember it in day by day life. Thanks for the reminder.

Time out!
The "For my mom" was from the template of my previous poem! Oops.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Cpat,
Thanks and you are right.

Bill,
Thanks. My apologies about the misunderstanding of this poem. Sorry Bill but it wasn't for my mom.

Ruth,
Thank you dear girl.

E_C,
Egg on my face as this wasn't for my mom. See explanation above. Oops. But you are indeed right. Thanks.

If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to heaven and bring you home again.

Larry, I was looking everywhere trying to figure out why these people were making references to your Mom!?! I didn't find anything.

I really like this part....I know it, too!

In you I have discovered what I thought I’d never find.

Hugs to you
