In the afternoons
it gets sultry and hot
Sometimes you want to find
A cool shady spot

And in the heating
Of the day
The clouds form
And soon here comes the rain

Everyday around the same time
This happens and
The rains of summer arrive

Cold hands means a warm heart

Yea, rain's not as common in this area during the Summer, but in the other 3 seasons we get more rain than anything else.

What is life without poetry and adventure?

Summer rains in Florida are nice though. Almost a comfort.

I know. I live in Jax. too. Rained for like 4 days straight or more.

good write,now are u from florida? lol it rains so much here,im visting my mom now. and i used to live here,man i never thought it was stop raining sometimes.. LoL
