I've realized  that every time I write a poem I need something to be inspired to write about.  And my question is, What inspires you the most?

Personally I find music and just raw emotions to channel my thoughts and begin to write.

So? What inspires you that most?

Hey Zach...

this very question has been asked a number of times in various places.

So many things inspire one to write, or draw, or paint, or sing. It's amazing the wellsprings that people draw upon for inspiration. A muse by any other name...

is a creek bed; a sunrise, or sunset; others words; music [of course!]; a phrase you've never heard before; a simple word that you never tasted before; so many, many things.

Dreams. Photos. A hug.

I could go on, but I'll leave it for some others to add to the limitless list!
