paladin, yes, you are so right. My hubby loves to take the road less travelled, often getting us lost in the process. But, we have seen such wonderful sites this way....that we might never have otherwise. Thankyou!

This is such a beautiful poem. The picture also reminds me of The Bridges of Madison Co. and the poem fits too. I don't know if that was intentional. Either way the poem has wonderful images.

apoetdreams - Thankyou so much for reading and enjoying my poem. No, I didn't intentionally choose the bridge pic....it just seemed to fit...although I have read Bridges of Madison County...and well, you just never know what your muse will decide upon.
