My eyes have yet to heal from your
magnificant light.
Scar tissue with held my tears.
There is no escape,
from a blank page,
and a pen dried of ink.

like those lines.... brought to mind a couple of ways to build on them, which I always enjoy... when someone elses words inspire me to build off them or use them in my own mind to write another version of a poem...
