She in creep slow this morning
Across slick skies
Slid her warm hands across
Prairie thighs
To stroke grass now in tall wave
On bended stem
As it found the morning breeze
Enticing enough to sway
in dance of subtle erotic
Blend between summer gold
And the still green of spring.

She stared into my eyes
As I drove east
Leaving me to wonder at the
Blinding red haze
When I looked away
That led me to believe
And in wonder know
How it was
When I looked
At you

She does, sometimes, creep in
just like that...

Excellent...just what is needed
to welcome in the morning summer...

Ron - this is beautiful . . .

I saw this first as a woman passionate and erotic then as the Sun spreading across the prairies . . .

A gift this is
thank you
stunning imagery and duality

Yes, that's it exactly....I've been blinded a time or two....

But at least you have the solace of having been blinded by the morning sun....

Capt. Ron, your description of the sun stroking the thighs of the prairie is as sensual as if you were writing about a woamn you are in love with.....I loved it, Capt.

Ron,

Very, very intense.  Excellent play on words.
