You awake pinned
to the bed by the gravity of it
gun metal taste in your mouth
there's no time to heal
at 6 am its time for work
there's no room for hope
when you have a ride to catch
you stitch what you can
and hope that it holds

Not sure I have all of this,  but you never
cease to amaze with the ability to write
what is sometimes tragic, sometimes kinda
ho-humm and many other emotes...

Thank B, this is simply about depression and how it feels having to fight it off just in time to go to work and get through the day

I know this.  Dragging out of bed with the sack of rocks on your back, putting on the face....

. . . I felt like this this morning . . .
pinned to the bed - but in a different way
God not that!
Panic . . . has the same draw . . .

This one feels like - just icky
you know?

amazing writing
had me breathless there every line
the pinned and the stitching . . .
feel like a ragdoll most days . . .
xxoo

never been there Raph, but I love someone who has, and you describe it with perfect clarity. there is hope, so hang in there. BTW sorry about messing that other thread up so bad.
