Effect

There is not aesthetic beauty in her voice,
The sweetness is natural, fundamental.
Thick and warm and sweet like honey,
It washes over me like a liquid blanket.
Does the nightingale strive for my tears,
Or is her song intrinsic - baring,
Sheering, and stripping her soul?
She does not mean to love,
It is merely an expression,
The outpouring of a glorious soul.
