"Really? How is he?" "Fine. He said to say hello," (he didn't really; we didn't talk much; just got stoned, acted like a yesterday wasn't dead a bunch of years; so if not being able to resurrect the dead brings me down today, why should I say he didn't even mention you yesterday?). ©2003 by icebox |

Cpat Hair ~ I am always conflicted about that; most times I would agree. There are lots of times when it is very clear that people simply do not want to know. Yet, I always feel an internal pressure to share information which is being missed. Usually, I do not share it. Thank you for reading and for your insightful comment. |

They'll blow in and out of others' lives, come for an hour, a day, a week, and vanish again with no understanding that people get used to them being memories and move on with their own lives.
