Far away...in Louisiana my heart has flown to the Blue Bayou singing the Blue Bayou blues. Joined there by a heart that mourns the same distance, a solitary heart sailing down the Mississippi on a showboat named Southern Belle. No Mardi Gras for me, no celebration...without your special blend of Cajun spices, and my skillful touch at blending them into a savory repast of seduction, an exotic taste of passion. But, you are there and I am here. Louisiana...a lost paradise, a humid deception, without two hearts of love singing the Blue Bayou blues together, hearts soaring above the high notes. Wrapped in the tender arms of unison. [This message has been edited by Ivy Rose (06-06-2003 01:10 AM).] |

I can hear it... and yeah, I can feel all of that humidity that brings out the blues even greater... Excellent Ivy...you painted a masterpiece. |
