Om mani padme hum...
(Buddhist mantra)

to me, it is the center point of existence,
the center of compassion,
the umbilical cord connection to all of humanity, and to the Supreme Being

but this is also a lighthearted 'centering' post, comtemplating my navel while doing a yoga exercise

so... if you had titled it naval... I could have made some smart remark about submarine races or exploring the depths...
geez... now all I can do is ask if that was a bit of fuzz I saw collected there in yours..

lol

ROTFL, yes, you may have caught a 'hidden' meaning in this, Ron.
Now I may have to go buy a Fuzzy Navel wine cooler, and re-think the state of the universe.

If you save enough lint you can make a pillow to sit on when you get into the lotus position.

*smile*

It is fun, I like it.  Thanks!

a fuzy navel and the universe have little in common, but I can show you how to clean that lint out and enjoy yourself at the same time...perhaps the regular exams you requested help with should include a bit of grooming.. LOL..

thanks for reading Martie
smiling at you Eric
and you too Magnus, for sharing a belly laugh
Ron? yes, perhaps closer attention to those small tight spaces is in order.
(OK, mods, I'll behave.)
